Abuse of the Vulnerable Continues…

The Domestic Violence Bill, which was passed unanimously by the National Assembly in 2009, has been ignored and disregarded by the government. The bill served as a great step towards protecting the rights of the vulnerable citizens who face double injustice in form of abuse and lack of protection provided. The government of Punjab claims of adopting the Bill, but with no recourse, abuse of the vulnerable continues.

This is inhuman! The authorities need to wake up and begin taking some serious action. May Allah give them hidayat.. :/ inshAllah & amen to that!
